Protection of your personal data

We take care about your personal data. We process all your personal data with confidence, in line with legal privacy regulations and this statement.

You can use all our websites without giving personal data at all. If you can already login on one of our sites, you have received more detailed instructions and privacy statements before. Our sides don't offer public registration forms, you will need a personal invitation to get a login.

Our websites use http-cookies. We use cookies to improve the usability of the websites. You will find an option to deny cookies form our domain (or general) in your browsers setup, if you do not like the idea of cookies at all.

Server log files

On every access our webserver logs:

  • your (present)  IP
  • the current time
  • the resource you are requesting (e.g. this page)
  • a code our server sent to answer your request
  • the size of the transfered resource
  • which kind of browser and operating system

Normally, such files are overwritten each 7 days. We ourselves can not use such log data to identify a specific person and those files are not combined with other databases, that might enable us to do so. We just use this data for debugging or tracking illegal action only. We will keep copies of the log files or single records for further investigations in case of reasonable suspicion of such issues. We neither track referer headers nor do we transfer (parts of) those log files to be analysed by any 3rd parties.

Contact form

We use the data you type in our contact form only to answer your request. We will not store such data and you will not get regular e-mail after you have send your data using the contact form.

Upon request, we will inform you about the personal data that we might have stored in our systems including the corresponding sources. You can ask to change or delete the personal data we stored about you, whenever you want to.

All traffic from and to this website is encrypted. However, we would like to point out that your name and e-mail address will be transferred unencrypted (in plain text) by systems beyond our own control, if we communicate by e-mail.

If you have any further question in this matter our data protection officer will be at you disposal at
